What you are agreeing to
Your Instagram password stays yours
FollowTrace never asks for it. There is no field for one anywhere in the extension — it reads the lists your own browser has already loaded.
It only ever touches Instagram
instagram.com is the single site in the extension's manifest. It cannot see any other tab, and you can revoke that access at any time.
Cancel whenever you like
A paid plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then quietly becomes Free again. Nothing is deleted when it does.
Take your data or delete it
Export everything to a file you can read without us, or delete the lot in one tap. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Add FollowTrace to Chrome and open the side panel. It runs only on instagram.com.

Sign in
One tab, one click, using the account you already have here. No new password to invent.

Check your profile
Your first check sets the baseline. Every one after tells you exactly what changed.
Questions
- Why is my own account free?
- Because everything FollowTrace tells you about it is something you could work out yourself with an afternoon and a lot of scrolling. Watching somebody else is different: it needs a record of what their lists looked like last month, which nobody kept.
- What happens on my first check?
- It sets your baseline. From the second check onward you see exactly what moved — who arrived, who you followed, and when.
- Will this get my account restricted?
- Unfollowing is paced deliberately — roughly one every half minute — because Instagram restricts accounts that unfollow rapidly. The pacing is not a setting and cannot be raised.
- What appears on my card statement?
- DAILYDOG, which is the company behind FollowTrace. The receipt itself names your FollowTrace plan.
